Couple of more TABs beside Mail, Calendar, Contact, Preference

Hi Folks,

I am not a core developer rather I am a sys admin have lil background of java development.

I am keen to know if I can customize the look and feel of zimbra have a couple of more TABS added on top where I can add up my native application data?

Any clue or help will be appreciated.
